4. Dialogue-wise, maybe have the wandering Romans make snide remarks toward vagabonds and other factions as if they are beneath them or passive-aggressive chatter to neutral factions while being downright imperialistic to hostile ones during conflicts.
1. The roman empire practiced slavery during their heydays, so it would make sense for them to capture barbarians and criminals. Maybe have them go after bandits and those who are the enemies of the empire such as the Holy Nation and Shek Kingdoms since the Romans, on a political and theological stance, are most likely to disagree with the differences of worship, resemble more closely with the United Cities, and look down on barbaric nations in the first place.
2. As for the subfaction they could either be a slave rebellion like Spartacus, corrupt Praetorian Guards trying to overthrow the current Roman Empire, another Roman faction that has declared themselves as the true Roman Empire, or barbarian tribes fighting the current Roman Empires such as the Huns or the Goths.
Because the wandering roman traders aren't really working and the mercenaries are kind of weak.
Along with that, the Lorica Segmentata blueprint for the upper chests only isn't appearing in the heavy armor smith section.
Ahh... smell that imperialism.
Been really caught up in other projects, as well as playing Rimworld again.
