Hi Brad, thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately I don't plan on making a TTS mod for 1985 :/

Is there a discord or something to find other players, can't find people irl to spend 10h+ on one game :<
Victor  [author] 26 Apr @ 1:29am
There’s no way to automatically set up oil wars but I have included that expansion and a few other in some bags on the “right” side of the board and it should include everything you need to set it up :)
jessamiester 25 Apr @ 5:11pm
Hey @victor, I'm very new to tabletop simulator but I have the game in real life I was wondering if there was a way to start the game with oil wars already set up or do I have to manually do that myself?
easyc430 8 Apr @ 7:52pm
@Victor, I can't see many of the models, I've tried subscribing a few times. None of the German base units nor AAA, and I think a few others. Any tips?
Victor  [author] 22 Mar @ 10:03am
Hi littlecreature, yesterday I fixed a model that wasn't loading in properly (the french tank destroyer).
littlecreature 21 Mar @ 9:25pm
whats new in the update?
Victor  [author] 16 Jan @ 10:41am
@Norisk, youre welcome! glad to hear you enjoy this mod so much :)
Norisk 16 Jan @ 10:25am
Thank you so much for making this now I can play this game without setting aside a whole day and having to plan all that out. I've spent like 150 hours just on this mod + v3 mods.
loosebutthole2e 7 Dec, 2024 @ 10:08am
oh okay thank you :D
Victor  [author] 7 Dec, 2024 @ 4:33am
@Marverick, 180+ Minutes is the highest i could set the predicted "Play Time" (how long it takes to play a game). In reality this game takes about 10 hours to complete more or less. You don't need any time in TTS to play this mod. If you subscribe to it, you should be able to see if in your list of mods when you load up the game.
loosebutthole2e 6 Dec, 2024 @ 3:06pm
wait do you need 180+ Minutes to play this game?
EpicWolf 31 Oct, 2024 @ 12:07pm
Thank you.

Turkey at War and Netherlands Fights Back have been added and can be found in the expansions bag. Let me know if there's anything I missed.
Hero Jr36 29 Oct, 2024 @ 2:45pm
wow that was very fast, thank you very much.
I really didn't have much faith that it would be updated, at least not this month. thanks bro
EpicWolf 29 Oct, 2024 @ 2:38pm
Cool Thank you.
Victor  [author] 29 Oct, 2024 @ 10:59am
@EpicWolf, I've reached out to the person responsible for the expansions you've requested. I will most likely add turkey as both the rules and the reference sheet are updated for v4, but i will wait to include the netherlands, as the v4 reference sheet is missing for that expansion. As a consolation, I've updated the mod to version 4.2.1 in the meantime.
Victor  [author] 29 Oct, 2024 @ 10:25am
@EpicWolf, ill take a look at it.
EpicWolf 29 Oct, 2024 @ 10:19am
Can you add the Netherlands and Turkey expansions? I saw that they were updated.
CreepyCreeper 7 Oct, 2024 @ 1:41am
Really a wonderful work for a WWII fan
Big Man Cobb Salad 18 May, 2024 @ 2:41pm
Thanks, Victor. I hit him up. No word yet but hopeful
Victor  [author] 18 May, 2024 @ 6:37am
Nah its frankly not my cup of tea, but you're welcome to use my assets if you want to try to import it :)
Prince of Württemberg 18 May, 2024 @ 2:15am
Will you guys be publishing Global War 1985 as well??
Victor  [author] 17 May, 2024 @ 3:33pm

I appreciate that, Victor! Though I have to admit, I ripped them from the workshop files. I really wondered if you had project files where some of these elements were on separate layers (layers for the railroad, map outline, flag/name elements, etc.) Otherwise I'll need to remake the maps from scratch. Thanks either way!
Victor  [author] 16 May, 2024 @ 1:07pm
Hi Big Man,
here are the links for the images used for the board:

you should just be able to copy and paste them into your browser. let me know if they work.
Big Man Cobb Salad 16 May, 2024 @ 10:32am
Hey, this is brilliant. I'm trying to teach myself Godot so I can make a dedicated game version of this for me and my friends to play. Do you guys have a project file for the game board image? And if so, would you be so kind as to share it with me?
Victor  [author] 11 Mar, 2024 @ 6:00pm
Thank you!
EjSimpson 10 Mar, 2024 @ 10:13pm
Phenomenal work! A huge service for this community!
Victor  [author] 3 Mar, 2024 @ 7:53pm
i like to copy and paste however many units im planning on purchasing. you'll see that i have areas for each factions units. just ctrl c/ ctrl v which units you want to purchase into the production tracker, and use the income counters to keep track of how much you have to spend.
rogo727 3 Mar, 2024 @ 11:38am
Thank you Victor! This is a great game! I travel a lot for work and can’t bring my 5x10 map with me! Thank you for your help. Just a quick question on purchasing units, do you simply drag and drop them?
Victor  [author] 2 Mar, 2024 @ 8:12pm
Hi, Rogo. Just click the green "Subscribe" button above. After you launch tabletop simulator, you will be able to open this mod when you create a game. Welcome to steam!
rogo727 2 Mar, 2024 @ 6:20pm
New to Steam, how do you download this game?
Victor  [author] 25 Feb, 2024 @ 8:32am
@yitzhak, C:\Users\***\Documents\my games\Tabletop Simulator\Saves is the full directory. A lot of games store their save files in a separate location than where the .exe is.

Regarding 1914, frankly is a lot of work for something I'm just not that interested in. A lot of the models would not be very similar, given its a different war all together, and the person who made the map this mod currently uses, used a program that I dont want to pay for. However, you or anyone else who wants to make that mod would be more than welcome to use my assets!
yitzhakgoldberg123 24 Feb, 2024 @ 6:11pm
Here's what I have...

Local Disk (C:) --> Program Files (x86) --> Steam --> steamapps --> common --> Tabletop Simulator --> ... then what? I have multiple folders:

1) Modding
2) MonoBleedingEdge
3) Tabletop Simulator Data

I don't see a folder called "Saves"...

I appreciate your help with this.
yitzhakgoldberg123 24 Feb, 2024 @ 5:55pm
@Victor, thanks, I'll try that now.

Would it be difficult to make Global War 1914? A lot of the assets should be similar, no? What do you think? I think 1914 would be awesome because players could allow results to roll over to '36 (the map's borders don't have to change, players could merely place units on certain regions, etc.).
Victor  [author] 24 Feb, 2024 @ 5:20pm
@yitzhak, Place the Old V4.json file in your Documents\my games\Tabletop Simulator\Saves folder. when you load the game it should be there in the saves.
yitzhakgoldberg123 24 Feb, 2024 @ 5:09pm
@Victor, the link you sent me earlier regarding the old map... what folder do I put the code in?
Victor  [author] 16 Feb, 2024 @ 1:49am
Happy to hear it! A shameful amount of work went into making this so it’s always nice to hear that others are enjoying it!
EpicWolf 15 Feb, 2024 @ 5:53pm
@Victor Ah, alright. Big appreciation of making 1936 however. My friend and I are having a great time playing a game over the past month or so.
Victor  [author] 15 Feb, 2024 @ 11:27am
In all honesty, probably not. It was a lot of work finding and making the assets for this version. 1985 will be a whole other beast that I don't really want to tackle. You or anyone else is more than welcome to use the assets from this though.
yitzhakgoldberg123 13 Feb, 2024 @ 2:50pm
@Victor, @MoonMoon, I'd love to see 1985 too.
EpicWolf 11 Feb, 2024 @ 10:41am
@Victor Sadly, it seems like everything that Id want as an expansion put in has not been updated for v4 just yet. - Anyway, sounds like that GW 1985 will be released (hopefully) at the end of this month. Any plans to mod it in?
yitzhakgoldberg123 9 Feb, 2024 @ 3:46pm
@Victor, it gives me a bunch of code, but where to place it? Which folder? Would it be too much to ask to make a new version with the previous map?
yitzhakgoldberg123 9 Feb, 2024 @ 3:41pm
@Victor, the link won't download for some apparent reason. Any ideas?
Victor  [author] 2 Feb, 2024 @ 6:57pm
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z8klcM6vKc7PyLcVhQq3ReygOJdDg1Vo/view?usp=sharing

you should be able to download the save for the old version here.
yitzhakgoldberg123 2 Feb, 2024 @ 6:16pm
@Victor, with all due respect, I liked the other one more. Could you make another version with it or something?
Victor  [author] 1 Feb, 2024 @ 11:32am
@yitzhakgoldberg123, the map was changed a few months ago to "ayy lmao's" map. I found it to be way higher quality than what i had been using, which was a hand-made map that i was constantly updating in paint...
