Seems like the world model glows in the dark, the same thing can be seen in the Sakura Bon Bon (pump) and the Millennium-made Latest Dumbbell (auto shotgun). https://imgur.com/a/f30peqT

No, the Red Winter skin is included, while the Spec Ops skin is optional .

It only spawns on hard rain, its a replacement for that skin. you can use a vscript that makes them spawn randomly if you want to see it more, try this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2510533841
