I assume these kind of mods cannot be added to existing games?

can you not tweak the galaxy gen ? i have other mod afraid making bugs of it

and topaz powder pd that works like a PD shotgun and uses topaz powder

suggestion: topaz powder cannons (and maybe railgun) consumes ammo and topaz powder as if it were filling the shells with the powder, increased pen and damage.
