I am pretty sure I changed this table to build these cult buildings with gold. You can see on the last screenshot that it's changed. I'll look into it - please also make sure to re-subscribe to the mod just in case Steam didn't do it automatically.

Yes, my mod originally contain modifed building_effects_junction_tables and faction_agent_permitted_subtypes_tables. But it didn't worked until I added
agent_culture_details_tables and the startpos generated with it.
I also run a test with your mod and the console command enabled only, and both champion and sorcerer category did not appear to Daniel's faction at all. You sure you really don't have a startpos and agent_culture_details_tables in your mod list?
Hey mate. I just checked - so far they can't. I guess it requires more changes from my side - I need to investigate that matter and how it works and I'll upload it once it's done. Please check from time to time for updates :)
Regarding all other mods - sorry for the delay I know I've written I will upload them yesterday but I'm sick so my productivity is low.
Hey mate. Actually, you need two tables to be able to recruit Lords and Heroes of every faction.
- building_effects_junction_tables - look for agent_cap_increase (increments the X hero agent cap for your whole faction) effects and enable_recruitment (allows you to recruit X hero in your province after you built certain building) effects
- faction_agent_permitted_subtypes_tables - you need to add each Lord/Hero to this table and point to which faction it belongs so it's wh3_main_dae_daemon_prince.
I only figured out a two days ago that I need to add champion and wizard agents for the wh3_main_dae_daemons culture in the agent_culture_details_tables in the assembly, then built a startpos mod with it in order for the mod to fully function.
The whole thing is pretty complicated and I'm probably wrong in this case. Anyway, just wanted to help.
I'll create another mod with units. I'll stick to this one with lords and heroes - and extend them with other Chaos-aligned factions Lords and Heroes. I'll also add RoR units from each faction :) I will upload a few mods for each faction - so people can choose what they want and what they don't.

Could you give me a link to the mod that you are talking about? I'd like to check what it contains and perhaps look at how it's done. I would have to research a bit this Herald event mechanism.
I'll upload the Archaon version for you today evening which will allow the recruitment of each Chaos-aligned Lords and Heroes as you requested.
I'll create a few mods for this purpose - so people will be able to choose which factions they want or they don't. I want this series of mini-mods to be customizable and let people decide.
