Should be fixed now. Although you probably need to have loot respawn enabled, find a part of the world that haven't been rendered yet (so places that are far from what you have ever visited) or create a new world to find them.

There were duplicate scripts and used the one from when I only had Dr Livesey in the mod so that's why you could only found that one.
