Looks a lot like this one nursing home that was demolished in 2013 In Rochester, NY

I think it was called St. Ann's Heritage Tower. It was 22 stories.

I drive by the one in Austin all the time, so it's neat to see it!

The circular hotel is a very timeless and classic design!

neat to see all the comments about " we have one here .... " I came to say we have I swear this exact one right next to the broncos stadium in denver. the converted it years ago into studio lofts.

@breed4me22 I was thinking the same. I remember driving past it on I-25 when it was still a hotel.

Looks like one in Denver, CO that was turned into micro apartments.

Thank you for the feedback. My cims were doing the same thing. You could do a little TM:PE magic with roads and pedestrian paths to make them walk around the structure, but it's easier just for me to remove a redundant pillar. The color texture looks great, too. A little splash of color elevates this (delightfully) drab design to Googie-like intensity.

Holiday Inn. looks nice.

Looks nice! Small suggestion: the yellow walls could have a colour variation texture, so that you could select any colour you wanted for it. I'd probably also edit the entrance pillars, because cims keep walking through the middle pillar to enter the building.
But besides that it's a nice mid-century asset :cozyfallout4:
