ISTG, asking modders for their every mod to be updated to the newest version is not going to magically compel them to update.

After changing ForceStartSong to ForcePlaySong I noticed the errors were removed however the pollution doesn't seem to be spreading. Anyone else getting this issue?

Wow, this mod is absolutely trivial to update. Literally just change ForceStartSong to ForcePlaySong and it works perfectly. Works for me ig

chance of spawning near players doesn't help, after many tests one will spawn far away and the others will cluster around the player

I'm so excited to play with this! I'm playing a game in which the whole planet is meant to become more and more polluted, no stopping it.

Only problem I'm having is that I don't understand what the settings mean. Could anyone help with that? I want things to get polluted faster than in 5 years, and I don't want to be able to stop it. What do all the different options mean?

@Creneis it is not. As long as you arent travelling to the ship at the other side of the world you should be fine though. You might have to destroy the bases if you are but all it takes is 2 doomsday rocket launchers and a few colonists in marine armour

Question: Is there a reverse version of this mod? I'm thinking of doing a run where my objective is to pollute the entire planet to make it uninhabitable for everyone except for my tox immune geneotype.

첫 번째 오염기지 터트리고 나서 인근 오염 사라지는 것까지 잘 진행됐는데, 이후 게임 내 시간 2년 정도 동안 두 번째 오염기지가 나타나지 않았어요. 위 링크에 있는 로그 맨 아래 보시면 헉스립/야요 오염 뭐시기 뜨는데, 똑같은 오류가 두 번 뜬 거 보면 혹시 이게 버그 원인인가 싶어 제보해 봅니다. 모드를 너무 많이 깔아서 모드 충돌일 수도 있긴 한데 아무튼..!

would be also great to have an option to make only one base crucial to heal the planet, while the other ones are just suspected. so, you have to find that one.

This is so cool! Is there a way to combat the pollution after it's been spread? Does it just degenerate over time? Is there something you can launch in a transport pod to clean far away tiles?

@YAYO, love your mods and this is great - I grabbed the first version. Out of curiosity is there a plan to do this in reverse? I.e. allow your faction to be the one spreading pollution and once it's covered the world you win?

is the number of these threating bases correlated with the world size? I love to generate 100%, so I guess it will be full of such bases, almost impossible to clear them all in 13 years. would be great to have a time correlation or a static number of bases depending on the size. nice idea, thanks anyways.

Would there being a way to contain the pollution producing faction without destroying it be possible? i.e an expensive Fragile building that uses power and makes it so that pollution can't spread in the world, but Waster raiders head straight for it when attacking?

Previous mods stop tainting when the taint base is destroyed.
This mod plays an ending where contamination around the base is removed when the contamination base is destroyed, and contamination is removed from the entire planet when all bases are destroyed.

this one has its own ending and allows the pollutions to clear out once you destroy the outpost thing.
