Alright I've checked it and yeah it seemed it was indeed actually bugged.
I guess I might've forgotten to update the non-modded version when I fixed this bug in that.

I'll be patching an update now as I send this through.

Do you require just the welding mask & spiffo head? Both are vanilla & i checked the crafting menu fully & cant find it still :( do you think i should enable the modded one but i will have to add the other mods too which i was hoping to avoid.

It should be found in the "General" tab.

Search "upgrade" in name filter and you'll practically have all of the recipes relating to the mod.
The upgrade to welder mask version only works with vanilla welding mask and vanilla spiffo suit so any modded version of those do not work.

If you have any crafting ingredient marked as favourite it won't be used in crafting so you'll have to unfavourite it, if that is why it may not be appearing despite having the required stuff..
