It's a pretty good jacket. It's overly detailed, though, and could use some simplification. For a great reference, look at the default Merc's shirts or that shirt style you have. You did it well there.

The detail of making the buttons like a copper metal on red whereas they're silver on blue is a very nice touch and shows you paid attention to tf2's warm/cold color philosophy
