EPE will not work until some one made a CFP+OE+EPE compatch

do i also need to out CFP+EPE compatch and CFP+MHG compatch if i use those mods in OE?

@saram No this mod only works alongside with OE and CFP. You could try ROA and its compatch with CFP if preferring something light-weight.

Can I use this mod alone without any other mods like oriental empires whatsoever? I just wanna play as east asians with their proper clothings. I've had enough seeing Hans having Mongolian hairstyles and stuff

Problem here when this is mod is active (i have many mods but) the byzantine people are naked and without hair i tried it with all mods and as long as this mod is active the problem is still there

My apologies for adding so many extra stuff that you guys might not even need. I initially made this patch with the sole purpose of supporting my own game-play and that's why I'm adding stuff that I personally would enjoy to play with. It would be too time-consuming for me to maintain more patches at the same time so I decided to move them all together here. Hopefully it shouldn't be a problem for most as I tried my best to make the added assets historically accurate. However if you find something disturbing you can feel free to trim them off and make your own version of compatch based on mine. Have fun!

@edumunz1998 OMG thanks dude, it finally worked!! I recently built a new pc so I'm guessing it didn't download everything correctly when i switched over...

@LukeLiang Two sets of Samurai armours are missing display models. This will get fixed when OE added them to their base mod.

Something wrong with the Japanese Clothes.

@khan The compatch itself shouldn't give you any crash as I didn't touch any file from the base game. All I did was to match up the overlapped gene files from both mods so that they can co-exist. As far as I know crashes are most likely caused by paradox game launcher. Sometimes it doesn't download the mods properly when an update is out. I would suggest to unsubscribe from all mods, make sure any file under content\workshop\Steamapps is cleared, and then subscribe to the mods again. Please give it a go and let me know if it worked.

@edmundz1998 CTE meaning my game crash whenever I load up a new game despite the recommended load order. I can send u my crashlogs if that helps.

Would be amazing to see jurchens in their traditional clothing as well as chinese attire. By the way... it looks like having just oe, cfp, and this compatch is giving me CTE in said load order :(

Thank you for the update. I'll give a trial when other mods I subscribed are updated as well. As for Jurchen clothes and court scene from the mod "becoming Great Ming", I don't think it will be a good idea since there're players who pursue historical accuracy. But I think you can try to make a new compatch mod separating from this one if you are really interested.

I'm thinking about adding Jurchen clothes and court scene from 变身大明 for Tunguse cultures. Will be historically inaccurate for sure but IMO still acceptable. For now OE is using Turkic and Norse clothing for most Northeast Asian cultures and that really kills the immersion (and Islamic court for most of the steppe). Would be nice if OE could do this in their base mod though but from what I can see they only took the Ming armours from 变身大明 and didn't bother with those Qing stuff...

Let me know in the comments if you think I should add them to my compatch.

Heeeeeeeey folks thank you so much for your patience. The compatch is now up-to-date. Paradox has made many little changes in their recent updates to make modding a lot easier than before. Hopefully future updates will be followed up a lot faster. Have fun with your play-through!
