As I am a university lecturer in late antique roman history, Il could give you some historical advices. For example :
-Tibatto as leader of the Armoricani (attested in 435-437 and 445)
-Sebastianus, son-in-law of count Bonifatius, as the leader of Hispanic Bagaudae (he arrived in Tarraconensis only in 440, but nethermind)
-Eastern Roman Empire should be at war with the Vandals, with an army led by the alan general Aspar in Africa (430-434)
-Litorius as leader of the second army of Aetius. He led the whole campaign against the Goths between 435-9 (they should be at peace with the Empire in 433, but with strong hostility).
Rather fun to play with characters that I have studied !
