I can't be sure because I don't have the logs, but I think the error is that the look specified in the interior is missing in anim.pmd.

I know I'm getting the error myself, but if I add the look to anim.pmd and include it, the graphics will blow up, so I'm not sure what to do....

when i open the console after choosing the interior it says something like "expect problems"... i had that problem too for the scania and volvo addon back then and im not 100% sure but the Scania addon once caused a few crashes i think
