You can do a simple catch all patch that removes missingGeneRomanceChanceFactor from every GeneDef.

While this does work, I find that male colonists with furskin and beardless will constantly want a look change because of it not matching their beliefs. This happens even after changing the ideology to prefer a shaven face. The mod needs a bit more work.
