Not that bad. I don't have much to say really.

On one hand, the usual artstyle issues. On the other hand, come on, that's cute. I could definitely see this as an elite grade hat

Though I can't be too mad since some of the loadouts shown look pretty neat.

It's cute, but it doesn't really fit the game's artstyle.

This feels very out of place as an item. It's a cat but it's also a santa-hat, which we've both had before (The Cat's Pajamas and the Lucky Cat Hat come to mind). It's cute, but it would feel a bit unnecessary to have in the game.

However, while this item is silly and unnecessary, you've shown a lot of restraint in it's form by making it like those previous items, and not something so outwardly ridiculous.

I'd suggest focusing on making items in which are made for the characters and their personalities, rather than making items for the sake of making items. You have the talent to do so, and it will be exciting to see what you can make with that mindset in place.

Cute idea, but I'd prefer if the cat features looked more like they were sewed onto the hat.
