When I enable either this or the other mod, electricity and/or oil simply... disappears from the buildings, with no way to produce either of them. If I turn off the mods, they can produce it it again.
No other mods in conflict, since I've attempted to just run these two standalone. Even running this one standalone makes electricity go poof.
Also, in the Balkans states Skopia and Macedonia should have a river called Vardar (that would not be a major river) flowing through them (and a few lakes missing too).
Apart from that, I have a suggestion. Why not have minor and major hydro plants. After all, in a lot of these mountainous areas (like Western Balkans) there are a lot of small rivers and a lot of potential for hydro due to those rivers flowing from high areas to lower ones, and a lot of valleys that can easily made into artificial lakes when dammed (which is how it is in reality).
So the places where you have already added hydro plants would be major hydro plants, but places with mountains and the right climate (not desert) would have minor hydro plants with limited output or building level (say building level being caped to lvl 5).
포장수력이 4500만kW이고 남만주에 송화강또한 중국에서 수력발전중이므로
게임에 반영할만하다고 생각합니다
me too I also enjoy learning romanized-spellings!

- The Korean word "江(gang/kang, is river)" is corresponds 1:1 with Japanese word "川(kawa/gawa, is river)".
- When machine translating between sentences containing kanji-words(e.g. ko:江 -> en:river -> ja:川) with similar meanings may be replaced with the native languages. (e.g. ko:江 -> en:river -> ja:江)
Cheers.

# There are less wider river in Japan, traditionally dams(incl. Elec-gen.) were built in a continuous "River-system" from near the water source in the mountains.
# It seems that the oldest dam for electric-power generation was built in Hokkaido in 1918, but this is not well known of domestics.
#
# Although it is Non-lore, if it is widely known to local-Japanese peoples and does not break the game balance, I recommend the following.
#
# 1. 黒部川水系(en: Kurobe River-system. ko: 구로베강) Nagano=Toyama Pref. CHUBU.
# 2. 利根川水系(en: Tone-gawa River-system. ko: 도네강) Total 8 Prefacture, of Kanto-regions.
# *2. this is Convertion of "state_trait_arakawa_river", Kanto-regions.
#
# There are countless dams in other regions, but introducing other regions may break the game balance.
# If 1/3 - 1/4 of all states are suitable for location, I think it will give players an incentive to use other power souces together.
