Geared Loot and PLLoot is no longer on the list of mods, the list of mods essentially is broken by now.

you can not download Algol's Geared Zeds anymore this needs to be updated as its dependence is missing

No, you can't craft anything with this mod. In brief, it makes it so that bags and clothing from PLLoot, SWAT Pack and AdvGear (plus some bespoke clothing I made) spawn on the new zombies added by Small Town Responders.
