is 1.12 update gonna drop any time soon?

@NormalNat
Adjustments were done on a region-by-region basis; in return for lowered arable land India and East Asia received intensive subsistence farming which allows them to support the same number of peasants.
I have another version of the mod, linked in the description, which doesn't include arable land changes if you'd prefer vanilla or another mod's arable land distribution.

@zoleeeee28 I just updated it and verified it is compatible with the new patch. This mod doesn't eliminate the negative overpopulation modifier, but it does increase it by about 4x before penalties begin.

i wanna get rid of the negative overpopulation modifier, does this mod contain it?
zoleeeee28 10 Dec, 2022 @ 6:22am
Is it gonna be updated to be compatible with the new patch?

it seems like the arable land in Sindh is a bit low, its got both the indus river and indus river valley modifiers on it, but only has 29 arable land, which is 1 less than panama.

@shihongyi88
Thanks for pointing that out, I'll fix it next update

Tenant farming doesn't exist for subsistence ranches, so the cottage industry can't be used.

I posted it in the discussion. Thank you for your efforts.

@샤힌
Please do! I'll add it to the localization files so others can use it.

I uploaded a lite version which should integrate better with HPGR, you can download it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2894926086

@Spink Akron
I'm glad to hear you say so, that was one my my main goals with the mod.

This sounds great. I wish you made it compatible Historical Population Growth & Resources or merge the mods :)

Oh YES! , Vanilla japan's is unnaturally industrialized!
Western-style factories were built at the earliest in 1865.
* Yokosuka Shipyard, Kanagawa-Pref. operated is 1871.

This makes playing as Japan feel much more realistic. You struggle to feed your people rather than simply charging into industrialization.

OK! thx reply

@tKitashrio
That would be my guess, but let me know how it goes. If that doesn’t work, I‘lol upload a lite version tomorrow that only has the PMs.
tKitashiro 27 Nov, 2022 @ 7:17pm
@Lack
Historical Population Growth & Resources (HPGR), is change arable land to serve only as states population cap.
* Agriculture, Livestock farms are changed to buildings with a fixed max cap in "Resources" tab.

So, I wanted to introduce this Mod's PM without changing the cultivable land cap, but as matter on load order ..
1. This Mod.
2. HPGR.
.. Is there any problem with the recognition?
Lack  [author] 27 Nov, 2022 @ 6:40pm
@tKitashiro
I haven’t tested it with that mod specifically, I’d guess the only conflict would be different values for arable land, but load order should resolve that. Most of my changes were to subsistence farms, so that part should work fine. Thanks!

I usually play with Historical Population Growth & Resources as the Master load order, but if it is compatible with this Mod, it looks like a lot of so fun :)
