This can be added safely to a running game, but I wouldn't try removing from one unless you've never built anything from it.

Thanks for updating this, I always thought it was the most elegantly integrated and streamlined way to control empire size/sprawl. Even better than what the old versions of stellaris did in some ways.

Looking in the files, I don't see any ai_weight, so I'm guessing the AI still doesn't use this system, so I'd recommend using it at high difficulty, where the AI's mega-buff to research lets it counteract size easily anyway, especially while running StarNet (where it no longer builds as much like a child playing with blocks).

Maybe give the commnet build a buff by adding an additional 1 transmission for every level of the government building when you are a gestalt consciousness.

@Wilmfe23 Probably, tho I don't know much about balancing mods so I haven't change the mechanics. This patch mostly just adds icons to the starbase buildings, I don't think I've done much with the jobs side of this mod.

Is it that gestalt consciousness can't make full use of it since they don't have ruler jobs?
