It spawns at the large oil rig. It is a custom mission you spawn in from the pause menu when you are already in game. Dont try and load it from the main menu.

Probably not, there are already other mod packs with propellers and whistles

Also, as a question about the ship pack mod, will you add propellers to it? Maybe some custom whistle designs for the new steam whistles? *Just asking*

Question about the moveable chains in your mod. how do you connect them to one another so they can flow fluently like a real chain link?

Well I am happy to hear that lol, I will keep modding and building and have several ships that are made of only modded parts which I will release eventually when they are finished

ehh nothing really I just got burnt out. Just going through and fixing my old builds that have broken right now. I mostly do mods for this game now so traditional vehicles kinda bore me. My style is huge ships with tons of highly detailed interiors and mods make that happen. But no one wants mods so I just do it for myself...
