@Zalpha The cartwheel is a vanilla galaxy, but for the sake of symmetry, I edited it. The edges have disappeared or very rarely appear.

I use 1250 in the 8 spoke wheel galaxy (I think I got the name slightly wrong) at the bottom/top and left/right hand sides it hits the maps borders and spawns the stars in a line along the edges. The maps visual guide of your empires reach gets chopped off and doesn't display because it is out of bounds with the maps edge, it looks bad. I often spawn right up against either the edge or the centre edge (big galaxy hole). I set spawns to be something like (guessing here) 15-30 empires, 10-20 advanced empires, 7 Fallen Empires, 7 Pirate Marauders.

I highly recommend this mod, as it fixes border issues that visually don't look good. It a great visual mod. Северин Катанов if you could mention it as a recommend mod in your description so others can know about it and use it, that would be great.

I use the 8 Spoke galaxy and it makes a line of stars at the borders, and it cuts off the owned visual guide of your star systems and it looks ugly, with this mod it fixes that by just shading in your area and not having the border marker cutting off.

I use a lot mods and can confirm it runs perfectly, no issues with the mod. I recommend using Irony Mod manager and doing a merge conflict patch. Then fixing it if you know how, the more try it out the easy it gets fixing it every time you try it.

“I’ve double-checked my mod’s code against the base game files, and Paradox haven’t made any changes that would cause this. Also, the mod runs perfectly fine on my end. Try moving the mod to the very top of your load order. The only known conflict is with Casako’s Framework & Modmenu. I haven’t seen any conflicts with gigastructures, NSC, or Planetary Diversity.”

Я дважды перепроверил код мода и код игры парадоксы не вносили не каких изменений + у меня всё запускается прекрасно ( попробуйте ставить мод в самый верх списка ) возможные конфликты только с модом ! Casako's Framework & Modmenu. с гигами, nsc, Planetary Diversity конфликтов не наблюдаю.

Запускался на 400 звездах. При чем не только ваш мод такую проблему вызывал, еще и Planetary Diversity и Dark Space. И думаю проблема не в вашем моде, а скорее всего в Гига или НСК, что другие моды в текущей версии еще плохо друг с другом работают

I don't like the cut off borders as well but I can live with it. I love the 8 spoke wheel, it is just awesome. Usually I get placed on the edges and then suffer the cut off but it is just graphical rep of my factions borders, it does not stop me from playing, it just doesn't look nice. I am sure there is nothing you can do about it.

At what size are you launching? There are no launch guarantees above 1000 with the current optimization.

У меня кстати тоже прям на старте виснет игра, будто на вечной паузе стоит. У меня НСК и Гига без этого мода, все норм

Not really a fan of these having borders. New shapes are nice, and the variety is great, but the borders feel so inorganic. It's immersion-destroying.

спасибо теперь будем экспериментировать.у меня вытягивало галактику 2000-2500 звезд и 55 империй .но галактику которую я использовал ранее , сейчас не обновляется.игра крашит при применении той галактики. я надеюсь что ваша галактика будет работать без сбоев.

Хорошо спасибо ,но не торопись ,еще будет обновление 12 го ноября.новая версия 3.14.159.да более большие галактики было-бы неплохо тоже иметь. 1200 звезд не далеко от ванили .возможно до 2000-2500 звезд это нормально для меня .для других тоже будет выбор .допустим :размеры 1500 звезд ,1750 звезд ,2000 звезд, 2250 звезд ,2500 звезд это примерные размеры. конечно тебе решать как и что делать.

Можно ли пожалуйста с генерировать галактики более 1200 - 2000 звезд . без зависимости тумана войны .как Млечный путь с ближайшими известными нам звездными системами в названиях .или как туманность Андромеды. есть также галактика Сомбреро .Есть много разных галактик .мой комп тянет галактики 2500 звезд.можно ли пожалуйста сделать галактики с выбором более тяжелых галактик. для пользователей у которых более мощный компьютер.

Right now im making a custom starting system based on VOY mod (the fox girl anime mod one) for tall play with only one system, idk where find the info to make the system to spawn on the galactic center, or at least where i need to edit on the save file when game starts to move it there.
I also need to think how to make the starbase to appar right mid of the system, becuase the system uses a hidden star inside a planet soo the planet is on the middle XD

oh sad, but the same idea with procedural instead of static can be nice too.
Radiactive shape is funny hahah but mix it with cartwheel can be nice too, also with galactic core playable but as i told, accesible by portals and wormholes only. sorry i just "toxic" god origin player :P

@Akashugo I would be happy to help you, but stellaris supports only procedural generation, which can be seen from me. you offer static maps, they are outdated because stellaris does not work with them (I also do not know English well)

Also, a verison of that symetrical type of galaxy with the shape of a radioactive symbol mixed with Cartwheel galaxy and having a center connected just by wormholes/gates. i dont know how to do it myself, but i really have a ton of ideas for just shapes XD i hope u can make some of them if you want or like it.

PS: i still tryiung to find a starting system mod to be on the exact center of the galaxy isolated with 4 portals to each 4 cross cordinates of the galaxy nejarest system. i wish i know how to edit starting systems to change her coords on the map.. sadly i dont. sry my bad english im spanish i still learning heh.

PS2: I hate the characters limit of 1000, a lot.. wtf

May can i ask for a galaxy where every hyperlane is completly symetrical? like some old mod that used the golden number to make every single system on the game get the same number and the same long of hyperlanes?. that mod was soo nice but had a bug where dont care what origin or system u get every empire will get a random starting system. and was kinda unplayable by the speices planet type. wasnt fun getting a machine world when my empire desired planet was tropical haha. near instant lose.

Idk if there was a new update recently but I checked for mod compatibility conflicts and didnt find any. My issue is that I cant see my galaxys star map when I start a new game. I can explore like normal and discover the galaxy that way. But The whole galactic map is black other than the parts I'Ve explored. No greyed out un explored systems except for the ones within one jump, just a black void star map. I can just survey the whole galaxy with the debug menuse which sloves this problem but then it takes the fun out of the exploration.

@Creatoris Apparently sometimes custom civilizations do not appear if their home system star has been predetermined (its not random). I'll try to make some custom civilizations on vanilla, make their starting systems random and check out if all of them will spawn and then try the same with your mod.

@jalang my mod should not affect such things. on vanilla maps, such empires also do not all appear. I have more than 20 of them and they don't all appear either.
