it does fit the time period, and goes along with the theme presented by the bison and cow mangler. the 50s began the real "visitors from mars" sci-fi era. the "war of the worlds" radio panic was in 1938. But...i do respect your opinion. Thanks for viewing anyway

I agree with K-Mac. An oversized brain and googly glasses aren't exactly copyrighted, even if it is similar in tone ot Mars Attacks!

the likeness shouldn't make a difference, its not the same. Several other hats share the likeness with other copyright/trademarked items, so i do not see this one being a problem. thanks for your comments!
