There is no problem using them together.
But it may be harder to meet recruitable characters of IKEMEN race.

that is really the cause, its weird because theres only 3 but if you randomise you still can get other hairstyles

The gender ratio of recruitable characters has not changed from vanilla. Since the ratio of female was somewhat low and the probability of generating Ikemen race is even lower, it may be difficult to find recruitable Ikemen female characters.
The ratio of slaves is equal between male and female, so if you have no resistance, you can buy from Slave Traders.

There are too few new race-neutral female characters to recruit, so far only one has been found in the Pub and one in Mongrel.

I got the same error when the animation patch and this mod are not in the right order. If you are using the animation patch for the IKEMEN race, please check the description on the patch distribution page.

If the characters of the IKEMEN race in the game don't appear on the screen, please check the loading order of the animation patch and IKEMEN race.
This mod doesn't modify the Kenshi's combat system, so I'm not sure about that.

through out my game, all of a sudden my people are in combat but idk what it is cause its invisible

I'm having issues with the character model not loading? Keep getting the error message "character model for race 'IKEMEN' not found"- I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing and moving the mod in the load order but the issue persists; do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

Theoretically you should be able to nude with that procedure, but if the game crashes, please undo it.
I don't need the nude mod, so I can't offer any further advice. Sorry.

Hay no se como hacer queden desnudos como " Si cambias el nombre de las texturas del cuerpo del mod desnudo y las sobrescribes en este mod" como hacemos eso ( hago eso me explota el juego :c )

If you rename the body textures from the nude mod and overwrite them on this mod, you should be able to make this race naked.

インポートした後に徘徊軍団の顔改めしたらおっさん率上がってるのを確認できました！
