Yep, it's not that. I would use the util menu if I could, but when on a server only server operator can (meaning the console) !
I found it after a trip in singleplayer ! lfs_halo_dmg_laser_mult

Also you can just change the mutliplier from the utility menu.

I couldn't even tell you that if I knew right now because I changed what the command was.
Its something like
imp_halo_lfs_laser_ etc or imp_halo_lfs_dmg_

Its separate. Luna took it down so its requirement was lost on this mod. ill readd it now.

These are more assets than they are vehicles, The only real vehicle is the Phaeton
