NPCs know the blaster is destroyable and WILL attack it to make you fall. There's no teleport or any way to break your fall so don't fly too high off the ground
In Season 1 Ep 4 Gaster used all 7 of his small hands to create a swarm of blue strings
1. They cannot as seen in gt, they're very strong and spin at high speed
2. When I get more advanced in lua, I'll give gaster a medium blaster (no duality, determination e+rmb as seen when he blasts Betty alongside Sans)
3. Check Gaster's updates notes for a surprise
However, the old version of the giant blaster (before koper temporarily removed duality) COULD damage them.
as for the blasters themselves potentially dealing damage to gunships/striders. How often are you gonna get close enough to do that? Especially gunships and hunter copters that constantly move? I was saying the *lasers* don't damage them
