On Windows, unsubscribe from the mod and then delete this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2897254807
I don't know what the file structure is on other operating systems, but it will likely be a similar file path.
That folder is this mod, as downloaded via Steam Workshop. It will be gone if you delete that folder.
I'm also running IBS, don't know if that affects it
Not a bug. It was unable to avoid this because the galaxy is a combination of four 4k maps.

When my fleets are engaged with an enemy fleet, they just swarm around each other and don't really fight one another.
