Just extract the package and import it into your park, place the scene object included called stablecam, and edit the properties. Below is the definition of each property.

Coaster - The coaster to attach to
Car - The car to attach to (attaches to the nearest train)
Pos X - X position offset of the camera
Pos Y - Y position offset of the camera
Pos Z - Z position offset of the camera
IsVisible - If the gopro/steadycam shows or not useful for when the camera glitches inside
