Could you update the CompatibleGameVersions?
We are currently at version 0.20.36.

Also your mod has ModifiesMultiplayer set to false, that doesn't seem right for it.

Until I saw this mod, I did not even notice the cost of crew scales upwards. Lol!!
Too focused looking at the lockout for fame.
