we are also having issues with our server signing, wondering if its the way you are signing and creating the pbo (have found that third party tools can cause issues - the arma 3 tools command line tools are better)
Free Hygge i couldnt tell you honestly, weird issue. My mod doesnt touch anything other than bones so its weird you have that issue running into AI.
However, I followed my hunch and determined it is possibly something like the collision box of the uniforms/equipment partly causing this issue:

Found it! It seems that the enhanced movement and enhanced movement rework mods cause this type of behavior in the "bodies" of both players and the AI.
If you lie down next to an already prone player/AI or "collide" a player while running, you will knock them out for a period of 5/7 seconds.
PD: Both I and my colleagues do NOT use the PiR or "death and hit reactions" mod. So, through trial and error, I deduced that the mods I mentioned above cause the conflict.
