they work best well for me atleast by putting a double on the dock side and a single on the ship, dual double gets a bit weird and double to 2 singles also trips of SE

The double height connectors seem to be super finnicky for some reason - they're actually harder to dock with than a vanilla connector. In some cases I wasn't able to get them to work at all
