Since the Blood Zombie has a unique death sound (although shared with the other blood enemies) is there any chance that you could replace the death sound with something? I'm not really sure what it would be, unless you just want a clip of David screaming his lungs out.

I'm gonna be honest. As far as I know, unless you try to make profit from the songs there shouldn't be any problem. Like you should credit the author of course. But from what I saw there have been more copyrighted items on the workshop and they are still up, no?
I doubt there will be members from Disturbed looking in the Terraria workshop to begin with, even tho I don't think they are petty like that to take it down when you don't make a profit off of it.
With all that's been said I still recommend you to do a little bit of research to clarify your doubts about it
