It's not programming and it's not skill, it's a point and click adventure game.
If you make a navmesh for any of my maps I'll just add it

alot of the eye maps are great for zombies, but the generation really doesn't like water or stairs

E.Y.E. is probably the best example of that eerie feeling you get while playing Source games. The feeling that there's something always missing, and it's just too powerful in this game. Thanks for the map bro
