As of my recent check everything is fine. You can't reach the google drive site or files simply don't display?

if you want to have snowfall and white trees all the year then it requires pc date makeup or mesh and additional game shader replacement which may lead to unpredictable issues.

no, but game have own mechanic of seasons. You can minimise daytime in creative menu and just sleep until winter will come with all temperature changes
