It is possible to extract the Combine_2000 model and put it into Half Life 2 replacing the current enemy Combine soldiers.

Can I please ask you a question? If someone is willing to use the models for VJ SNPCs, will you allow it as long as they put their credits in the description? Just asking, also I'm happy that the Beta Combine Elite with it's animations from the sniper elite are in G-Mod. Thanks for the addon.

Well, they're legit. They appear in the EP2 test maps when the game was still called "Half-Life 2: Aftermath".

I keep seeing these armored soldiers in these types of addons, but what i wanna know if they'e legitimate cut content or some schizo's recreation of an idea that was canned early so now the whole community thinks those were an actual thing at one point

A script that actually replace combine NPCs per-map chronologically more or less.

i've no idea, i don't write scripts but i'm pretty sure it's somewhat possible
