The hat must be MUCH taller. like you can't see the top of it tall, but not to crazy.

We need a version where it spawns 1/10000 and 1/100000 because ive seen even 3 Doug's together before

It's not feasible for the hat to be rendered so tall as to always be going off screen, but it SHOULD be.
