drug droprates are way too high. Since a significant portion of the different drugs affect hunger, the meaningfulness of fishing, foraging and farming is shattered.

In addition, during a 50 hour gameplay, I have not noticed any withdrawal effects. After all, its a simulator, and withdrawal should be one of the first things to take in account.

These two paragraphs combined induce high imbalance.

Brand new world, mods properly added but can't find jack diddle. An item id list would also be very much appreciated

The Build 42 update should be out in a week. I got the drug mod working in B42; I just have to rewrite the crafting recipes in the new format and play test the mod. The big update will be after the build 42 update but I don't know if I should make the update only for build 42. Sorry, it's taking this long to update the mod just got super busy.
