Hello EL Snedds i just looked the armour is still appearing in the arsenal for me and others. not sure what to tell you its in the vests.

you can use tts cloak with spi

i'm not sure what units are using it but i'd also like to know

Alright I don't think this is intentional at all but all of the vests only give bruises when hitting the chest. Arms, Legs, and even the helmets all give the correct wound types while the chest doesn't this is even including the AP ammo that was just put into The Carver Findings (From Spec Ord).
