for 5% more damage per prism, nearly half a million credits is not worth it

Well I think every one want to rich 'God Level' at the end of game anyways, so this LV4 just reduces useless grind. If you are able to spend couple millions on each of your ships you win anyway, so why grind?..

fourth one should still be OP, but with absurd cost to match
