Try using a mod that can disable collisions, something like Prop Control or Network Anarchy should do the trick.

hey i love the models but how come that the 1774 prop is the only train/wagon that can be placed on tracks? i find that unfortunate.

Not sure if you are adding more assets to the description, but I believe all my trains use Extra Vehicle Effects to some extent, but the new revamps use it in particular!

After the update and the testing, I have added back Extra Vehicle Effects 0.4 to the Financial District compatible modlist.

@StayHungryStayFoolish I've tested using this version of the Loading Screen Mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2858591409 and this mod version 0.4. It loaded the custom assets just fine, I've checked in game as well and they're all there, including the ones using effects from this mod.

Version 0.4 has removed some hooks into the deprecated Improved Public Transport mod, maybe that will help with some issues.

The mod doesn't actually use any translations, so I'm not sure how that could be the problem

As I learned from the case of Other Rail Track Speed Increaser 3 mod, Extra Vehicle Effects 0.3 would also need the new translation module from 'algernon', which fixed the <Filename Unknown> error when loading the mod due to the old translation module being incompatible with 'algernon' 's translation module. This makes assets loading in Loading Screen Mod Revisited.

@StayHungryStayFoolish Thank you! i wondered what was the problem and i was contemplating redownloading the game. since i had this exact problem. i didnt get to play for a week lol

It seems, that Loading Order Mod has interference with Extra Vehicle Effects 0.3 which stops loading assets. See LSMR screen: https://ibb.co/svCt3Sb

There is no error in this mode, but when you start the game, a warning window appears and an exclamation mark appears.

This new mod Stops assets from loading.
It has the same issue as Other Rail Track Speed Increaser 3.
The Vehicle Effects 1.9.4 mod works OK.
