@Amber Yeah I've tried changing the load order multiple times but no dice. Personally it's not a train smash so I wouldn't ask you to make a patch for one unit. Still love the mod and will use it regardless.

I could take a look at Radious and see whats happening, but I don't normally do patches for other mods. I'm assuming you've already tried fudging the load order around to see if anything changes?

@Professor Boondoggie Are you using the Radious mods? If so I'm having the same issue, all the other vanilla units use Amber's armour except for the Swordsmen, it's just strange as this wasn't an issue when I last played.

Updated for game parity, all models working at time of upload as far as I saw. Also, Beastslayer's of Bastonne should be fixed now

everything seems to be working well with the new update except for the basic empire swordsmen looking normal. They don't have any of the armor, any ideas?

jade halberds helmets shows meshes and and not the intended textures on some entitities

2025. I bought all dls, stopped playing with all other mods, but Beastslayers of Bastonne are still just flying halberds without models, one day I will live to see the day when the author fixes this and we can forget about vanilla skins forever

Its definitely possible, though when/if I can get to it would be up in the air. Also, some units would obviously not translate since they aren't in WH2. I can put it on the table, but im absolutely going to be focusing on WH3 patches and additions first

It does not, WH3 actually has a specific unit placement for "officer" entities, separate from banner bearers as far as I could tell at least.

Unless you meant does it make the officer the one that in game UI unit flag points to, then yes. They are considered the "leader" of the unit, so the UI flag will point to them. Though if the officer dies it'll go to another random unit

As a side question, does this make the officer the banner bearer / the entity that the banner points to in the unit?

Great mod! But I have issue with Ice Guard(playing for Kislev). Instead of normal model it shows me armour captain from your mod :WH3_boris:

This is likely due to the recent hotfixes since I last updated. I'll fix any issues soon but I'm holding off for the moment as to avoid having to fix it constantly until hotfixes slow down slightly

"BeastSlayers of Bastonne" From Bretonnia Regiments dont have any models. They're completely invisible aside from their wepaon laying on the ground

Hmm just tried to play a campaign as geralt (EMPIRE) and for some reason some of the armour is still black on units.

found a solution to the problem of invisible units and weapons. go to the menu and disable dls blood to the god of blood and dls that add famous units, then everything will be normal. Checked for 2 days. Hope it helps you too

Me again. i tnink i found the bug. the weapon and shield start working normal after i delete all dlc. Some dlc may be the problem

Can you be more specific of which units are missing weapons and shields?

Also, I haven't touched beast-men in my mod whatsoever as of yet. If they're broken it may be a mod conflict, but I can take a look regardless if you tell me which specific units are having trouble.

I almost exclusively play Norsca, partially because hordes of Marauders = awesome, partially because Skinwolves = Awesome and partially because Mammoths = Awesome.

But, my initial turn off was that they looked rather bland, but when I was playin with a friend of mine, we were using your mod and I saw him fight some Norscan rebels and thought, "HOLY bread and bologne, THOSE DUDES LOOK SICK." So, I bought the Norsca DLC.

Your mod rules dude.

Mainly because my norscan reskin was made fairly early on in my modding experience and as such It's a rather lightweight one. I did plan to rework them and add more variants but I just haven't gotten around to it as of yet

Yes, the silver bullets are a hand gunner ROR, their breastplate seems to be colored dark red for some odd reason.

As for the armored magistrates, it shouldn’t be breaking unit models, if it was breaking anything it likely either wouldn’t be applying the boosted stats or would just outright crash your game. So using it shouldn’t have been an issue

Hi amber just realized I was subbed to your armoured magistrates mods which seems to be unsupported. Maybe that caused the issue? units wise it was the hang gunners (musketment) for the empire and one cav unit. Not exactly sure which cav unit it was since I wasnt playing as the empire. (just had a battle with them and noticed).
