i think you can get them normally cant you i mean its very rare but it can happen
mikaheart 14 Jan, 2024 @ 10:14pm
If this could be made to not affect dogs, that would be great. They had litter births of like 7 normally before this mod :P
GoSu 27 Dec, 2023 @ 6:01am
Is this meant to target animals?
Sarg Bjornson 11 Sep, 2023 @ 3:15am
It won't work because it's not targeting human pregnancy, but animals'
thasar257 3 Aug, 2023 @ 8:58pm
i've tested this mod and i've never had a twin, even went into code to try and increase chance to 90%, and still nothing....
has anyone using this mod had more than one child while its been active?
Sea's 9 Jul, 2023 @ 10:44am
Does this mod also work with eggs for egg-laying xenotypes like Saurids?
Alundra (Alunny) 14 May, 2023 @ 9:10am
Hey do the chances increase with the fertile gene?
NVM3L3SS 30 Mar, 2023 @ 2:18pm

peps_win 2 Jan, 2023 @ 3:47pm
Can i add this to a prexisting game
async86 28 Dec, 2022 @ 9:58am
Would love this mod if it was a gene.
Also, it would be great if there would be different quality levels of the gene, increasing the chances.
Kokorocodon 26 Dec, 2022 @ 1:26am
why is this 9 mb?
Catch Lightning 25 Dec, 2022 @ 2:21pm
If I'm not mistaken this is vanilla since the UI reads 1-3.5 for humans.
Krazyfan1 25 Dec, 2022 @ 12:17am
speaking of litter sizes, i wonder if its possible to alter the yttakin and Pigpeople to have more kids at once?
Donk 23 Dec, 2022 @ 6:12am
HAR has added this feature relatively recently, using the litter size values of humans, do you know if this mod would conflict with what har has? or do they work independently/stacked effect?
Thakgrandka  [author] 23 Dec, 2022 @ 1:27am
Would you like the chances to be equal to real life? Eg 1.2% or like 5 to 10% of the time?
eighmy_lupin 23 Dec, 2022 @ 12:36am
Anything more than 3 has pretty much always been due to IVF
Thundercraft 22 Dec, 2022 @ 2:59pm
People asking about a ridiculously large number of births realize this, don't you: The larger number of babies, the rarer it is - to the point that it's ridiculously rare - far less than a 1% chance. Heck, even twins are rather rare. Even today, twins are only about 3.2% of births in the U.S. and only about 1.2% worldwide. And, decades ago when medical science was less advanced, it was less: In the 1980's it was only 0.9% worldwide.

Also, the larger the number of births, the greater the risks to both the mother and babies. The human body is not well-suited to birthing large litters, unlike animals such as dogs, cats, rodents and opossums. (Interestingly enough, the reproductive systems of canines and felines are noted by scientists for being unusual - notably different from other animals.)

This would make for a excellent gene option if you wanted to follow a more realistic option, as giving birth to twins or more is a gene that is only becoming more prevalent due to the increased survival rates of such births.
Thundercraft 22 Dec, 2022 @ 6:10am
No triplets?
UyTheo 22 Dec, 2022 @ 12:29am
Are triplets possible?
Ravinglegend 21 Dec, 2022 @ 5:58pm
@Indrageerts from some research I believe its a change also made by Humanoid Alien Races. As far as I know and from what I've encountered only single births are possible in vanilla. If that is the case humanoid alien races should really mention it to not confuse people.
Teusdv 21 Dec, 2022 @ 4:31pm
is it humanly possible to have octopluts ?
indrageerts 21 Dec, 2022 @ 3:33pm
Um... My pawn had twins yesterday.
arget03 21 Dec, 2022 @ 2:39pm
Yes! I've been wanting my colonists to have multiple births for a while. Will it also work for the egg laying genes of Alpha Genes and Saurids?
The Blind One 21 Dec, 2022 @ 2:37pm
Triplets? What about octopluts?
Are they identical twins or do we also get non-identical twins and multiples?
Honestly good mod idea though :)
