@Haber The mod has been updated and on my side it works after I've left the outpost so might be your end or it was cause the mod was outdated

I can only hear songs when I'm at the settings panel and map panel before leaving outposts, is that normal?

You can now spawn tapes via the submarine editor

As of the recent update right now you cannot spawn the tapes via the submarine editor but you can still purchase them through outpost shops
