There has to be an issue on your side. I knew you are wrong but I decided to check for myself anyway. I spawned the ship from this workshop blueprint, everything is connected, flies on Pertam (1,2g) just fine.

The lower green reactors are attached to grey reactors above which attach to a cargo container and from there rest of the conveyor system which runs in two lines above crew compartment. Behind the secondary seat is an armored tube that runs down to the front section upward thrusters and connectors.

https://imgur.com/a/d2k8FoH here I made it hopefully more clear how thing are connected, used industrial pipes so you can see it better but like I said, nothing is missing from the blueprint and the issue must be on your end.

When I spawned it there was no connection for the front half of the thrusters, I had to go add it near the foremost reactors. Also, could not fly on its own in 1.08g. had to add atmos, still trying to find better solution.

Seems like a cool ship though, just got to get it to work.

game limitation, nothing I can do about that

survival mode. projektor dont apply the costum made turrets to the blueprint. top/bottom turrets and the left/right CIWS turrets.
