Tank counters are AT units, but these have tier levels as well. Dive bombers are effective against all tanks too. Super Heavy Projects tech unlocks special super heavy tank destroyers in most factions, as common tank destroyers do not do much against those.

OMG THANK YOU. and btw how to counter super heavy project tank? I am confused. Is there any unit that can counter tank unit ? Like it is the best anti tank unit ? Other than tank ? Infantry or something?

Super Heavy Projects is unlocked after researching the Heavy Tanks technology. This is the upgrade line at the Garage: Medium Tanks > Heavy Tanks > Super Heavy Projects. The mod includes a deep tech tree, so it is not as easy as just building a Ratte ;)

The Holocaust: Super Turtles Expansion is finally complete and ready to work with TH v1.4 Oppenheimer! This new version introduces new experimental land-battleships to the optional package, as well as some extra artillery units for several nations!
