why you would need that, anyway, you can replace sound files with empty sounds

maybe i should made soundscripts overloading, not a replacement.
anyway, I uploaded addon on github https://github.com/Isemenuk27/CW-2.0-Resound/tree/main
so try installing it manualy in addons folder
