My problem with this mod is that there is nothing tactical about it. If it were, then the characters could at least have the opportunity to make a sharp lunge to the left or right, like the main character of Cry Of Fear Simon did, but they simply turns into a turtle on wheels and even into a disabled person with every blow from commons why moving through water or uphill becomes a difficult task. A more correct name would be "Overload Simulator".

peak speed seem about right but the ramp up is wayyy too slow

I like what this mod attempts to do. That said, it makes it impossible to make the jumps you could previously make. There are numerous shortcuts on valve maps that you will lose access to and some custom maps will simply become impossible to progress through. This mod really needs a sprint or something like it.

In Versus, this mod slows movement to a crawl when spawning as infected.

YOU CAN'T DODGE THE CHARGER

Some custom maps will require you to have the max default movement speed or adrenaline's speed boost in order to make jumps. Would I have to temporarily disable this for those maps?

Great script, but the adrenaline doesn't give me speed anymore. I know about the Survivor version, but I believe there's something wrong with the adrenaline. Like it no longer works as intended.

has anyone made a faster, quake style movement mod

it seems going diagonally would actually make you faster, is this a bug or just a problem in my part?

whitch mod shoud i use so that character has these animations when he runs ? when I installed this it runs slower but i don't gave the animations

I think he made the player slower and not the survivor bots slow because he expects you to play solo

Agreed with Manimal, a "lite" version would be cool, like just the survivor speed changes, no changes to infected, adrenaline etc, not that this mod isn't cool, it is, but some of us got our own mods for adrenaline and infected speeds.

does this work in multiplayer ?

I honestly wish this effected the Survivor Bots, the fact it doesn't kinda ruins it for me... ill still use it, but it's very immersion breaking to a point

I feel like a 500 pound fat man that can barely moves lol... but i like hw it luks real thou wen moving, an to b real there shud av been an adjustment speed like wen rescue arrives we can run towards and frm also tanks.

is there a mod to bring back default speed when there a race type of rescue? like running to choppa/tank and other types of rescue? cuz i do not think its will be possible to play this script with race rescue...
