I'm not sure if you can or want to replicate a similar change in your mod, but it likely would solve the issue that skill mods have when it comes to the Jade Wizard and SFO. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to at least look into the issue itself.

The More Skills (+Skill Dump) (Updated for 6.0!) mod seems to prevent the issue from happening altogether, even if used with other mods that would typically cause the skill tree to break. It isn't a skillpoint mod itself, but it is a mod that adds new skills.

The modder themselves explained the issue themselves which I will copy paste below.

"Updated for 6.0! Also fixed the bug with the jade wizard."

"Turns out, jade wizard has always had the light scholar skill in the vanilla database, they just override it with the jade scholar ability. For some reason, my mod changed the order in which they triggered, so jade was overwritten by light. I just disabled the light scholar skill, since it shouldn't have it be there in the first place."

Videogamer40000 - Gotta admit, I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. Do you by chance know what skill dump mods don't cause an issue?

I've tried deleting everything related to Jade Wizard in mine and it's still messed up so this issue is stemming from something weird that I can't pinpoint yet.

Anyway sorry that I can't fix it yet but I'll continue looking into it, hopefully with another mod that does skill dumps that works will point me into the right direction.

Thanks. I believe it is a weird interaction between the skill line and SFO itself as well. I don't think it is specifically the fault of your mod as most skill mods/dumps cause the issue when they are enabled alongside SFO. Although I have seen a few skill mods that fix the issue as well.

Videogamer40000 - Hmm, let me look into that. They could be using the same tier for one of their skills as mine so it gets messed up. Which would require I move where it's located. But let me check to see.

I noticed that the Jade Wizard for the Empire has a bugged skill line with this mod enabled alongside SFO. In particular the star student skill line is broken up and has Light Scholar instead of Jade Scholar. I tested this with only SFO and this mod running. It also seems to be common with other skill mods as well.

Could we possibly see a fix for this if it isn't too much of an issue to do so?

Anarky - Sorry I got side tracked and never replied. As for the code for this mod it's "2907296975" you can always see the mod name by looking at steams link: "https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2907296975" it's always the numbers after the id.

Other than deleting the mod and redownloading I can't guess why you wouldn't be going past 50. To test stuff though to make sure it's working try using this mod. I use it to test if the mod is working past certain levels cause trying to level there would be annoying lol.

Another thing i've noticed in my testing, levels 40-50 give me 1 skill point per level.

I'm using the skill queue mod but that shouldnt be impacting level as far as im aware and its about the only way i can test without playing for hours just to get the level there.

Interesting. I tried one of those "level 1000 mods" and i could get above level 50 with this mod switched off. This is quite a fun little issue.

You wouldnt happen to know the specific code for this mod would you?

I've tried turning off a bunch of skill mods in the MM but still get stuck at level 50 or i run out of skills to put points in.

Anarky - Hmm I made sure I could rank up past 50 and it seems to work for me. I'm guessing you see the skill dump? If so that should mean the mod itself is working correctly. I do know sometimes other skill mods sometimes change stuff but if they didn't say anything I wouldn't think they would.

You can try deleting this mod manually in the steam workshop folder and then unsub/resub to redownload it to see if that works.

For some reason my characters arent leveling beyond level 50. Do you know of any conflicts with other mods? This is the only mod i have enabled that alter levels or skill points, but i am using quite a few mods that add skills, but i cant see if that would impact the level.

AHerasI - Hmm, I'll have to look into that, unfortunately I'm at a work training which is for the whole week so I won't have access to my main PC which has all the mod files and modding tools. But if I do get a chance I'll try and see what I can do earlier.

Seems to be a problem with this mod, as SFO didn't update this time (and Venris said he's going to not do that until the next game's update), so for use SFO it's needed to rollback the update.
Your mod seem to mess up with the tables of the Dhruzina, a unit introduced in the last update, so, when launching the previous version to use SFO, this mod makes an error and stop the game from launching.

bingchilling - You need my submod for the lords/heroes added from mods even SFO. I kept it separate so I wouldn't have to update all my mods as much and just when base game adds lords/heros and anything with mods is added from the submod.

DoubleFishes - I've updated my Mod Support mod to include the new unit. This mod shouldn't need any updating as it's just changing the xp progression to be what SFO uses and I doubt they'd change that at this point
