I assume you already know, but just in case. The same problem exists on your Heroes aswell, like Khorgoth. Only one of his items unlocks on levelup.
I think I found the culprit, something in the 5.0 update changed how the game tackles skills, but it never showed up as an error in RPFM. I updated this mod, let me know if it works!
I dunno what to tell you man, I'm only using your mods and requirements +CC and that's what happening. I've verified all game files, I'm on the current live build of the game, and I've resubbed to all your mods just to be safe. Stuff's busted on my end.
If it matters at all my testing is with Archaon and Be'lakor, rather than any of the monogod factions. Not sure if that would affect anything, can't imagine it would, but I don't make warhammer 3 mods so I might be wrong about that.
After testing, I was able to unlock all items just fine via normal gameplay, and all skills were available. Whatever issues you're encountering, my mods are not the main cause.
Nah I have the same issue Antem is having with all your lords, running only the Judge, Butcher and the Other Gods comp alongside local recruitment for WOC (requirement warning) and console commands to test. Additionally, a couple of your custom lord skills are missing from all of them, notably only the huntress has her skill dump and it seems that all lords only have either the level 50 self buff or army buff, rather than both of them (as in only one skill is present on the charsheet, I'm aware they lock each other out when you take one) Not sure why that'd be, everything seems right in RPFM, but I'm not super deep into warhammer modding. I've unsubbed and resubbed from everything and the issue persists.
I'm not encountering any issue like this. You either don't have the most recent version of the mod, or you have a mod conflict.
For Vile Caretaker, Eternal Vizier, Alluring Huntress, Burning Castellan and The Wild Huntress only their weapons are unlocked.
I first noticed this bug after the 5.0 update.
Most of my characters are designed to be strong, as that felt more enjoyable to me. If you feel he's too OP, you are more than welcome to adjust his settings yourself via RPFM. There are plenty of tutorials online on how to do so.
If the language mod isn't using the most up-to-date version of my mod, that would cause some issues. Since the language mod has to use files from my mod, if they aren't using the same version, they won't work together.
So I went and tested it, and the rifts open just fine with my mods installed. There was no issue whatsoever. The problems you're facing have nothing to do with my content. Since you're the only person that's encountering issues, it's likely that the problem is something on your end. If my mods were the issue, there'd be way more people posting comments.
I just said that I won't be addressing it, since it applies to the RoC campaign, which my mods are not built around.
My mods are made with immortal empires in mind, any effect they have on other maps is not something I concern myself with. That being said, there's nothing in my mods that even touch how the RoC works, so you likely have a conflict with another mod. Also, some advice: typing the same comment on multiple mods doesn't make me solve your issue faster, it's just annoying.

Possibly a mod that also adds new characters. Sometimes scripts can conflict with each other. I'd suggest turning off all mods besides this one. Then slowly tuning them back on a few at a time until you encounter an issue. It's much easier to narrow it down that way, rather than just guessing.
He can be recruited just fine. You likely have a mod conflict with something else.
Yes. Because they're more powerful than standard legendary lords, they have an increased price.
Yes, though they're fairly minor. However the cost of all my lords has been reduced to compensate.
He shows up just fine for me. You either have a mod conflict, or you can try resubscribing. Or you can just spawn him in via console command.
