gambling on the off chance that this won't show in my steam activity for friends to see.
you can just decompile the model in Crowbar, load it inside blender and move the medkit bone in edit mode lower.

Took a screenshot of the medkit which is attached to the back of her head. Wierd way to carry medkit. :p
