Wait a bit guys, the reason why we couldn't upload here is simply because the developer who has the perms to do it is absent. As soon as he comes back online he will upload! In the meantime, we advise you to download the version from ModDB: installing instructions are all over the internet and it takes really just two minutes!

my guess is they're waiting to release the bug fix patch before uploading the mod to steam
